Michele was very helpful, and the hotel’s location was good. The mattress wasn’t comfortable.

The room was super comfy and spotless, and the coffee machine was handy for early mornings. It was quiet, the bed was cozy, and the little touches were nice. We had to climb a few steps to reach the elevator, but Michele met us downstairs and carried our luggage. The neighborhood was great, close to Rome’s best spots without the usual crowds. Michele’s lunch restaurant suggestion was spot on. No complaints whatsoever!

The location is excellent and the owner is a nice person. The air conditioning is very weak and the window view is poor.
