“Horrible experience, and would not recommend.”
Lobby is pretty. Broken smoke detector. Stains on carpet. Missing light fixture. Uncomfortable bed. No waffle mixture. Dries out sausages. Dirty, sticky tables. Elevator shook really bad. Thin walls, where I can hear everything, and the items in my room shook when someone walked upstairs
“I have stayed at better La Quinta’s. I was disappointed, no hot tub disappointed that the Customer washer and dryer didn”
The staff. On check in even tho requested a king w/c room was given a 2 queen beds but night staff encouraged to change in as king was assisted room available which they did but bed was way to high, no grab bars, no raised toilet. No hot tub and no pool towels available. Customer dryer broken no ETA to fix. Am staff had no idea if room cleaned wanted me to go check on it then let them know when switched, also same man in an shift I didn’t know if the laundry machines were working or if there was soap he suggested I can get soap at the counter if they didn’t have any upstairs, but when we checked, only the washing machine worked, and there was no soaps there was a sign that the dryer did not work but no ETA to fix a.m. shift at the desk had no idea when that was going on or when they would be able to fix it I actually thought this guy was the manager. I do not know that, but he did not offer to dry with the building dryer, but two other staffing members did offer. That they would dry our clothes for us. Whoever was that a.m. Staff at the desk was very non-commitAl or seem to know anything and I really thought he was the manager? I have not figured that out My other thing I didn’t like about the motel and I’ve been in La Quinta many many times they are my go to Hotel when on vacation is that their buffet never offered any kind of variety. I’ve been at other ones where there was always some kind of potato it was never the same potato every day they offered gravy every day. They offered different meats. One day might be a small sausages. One day might be bacon one might be around sausages ham we stayed out of where they have fresh fruit or you know more than just apples. They did have apples, but we’ve been in some La Quinta where they’ve had apples, oranges and bananas at least a variety of choices and then the other issue was it was the same menu every single day I stayed there seven days and we got tiring and we did go to Denny’s twice

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el personal fue amable y la ubicación nos pareció muy conveniente. Pasamos unos días muy agradables en familia y estuvimos cómodos durante toda nuestra estadía. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Muy recomendado!. Lo único que no me gustó fue que me cobraron un depósito de $150 y todavía no he recibido el reembolso. Por lo demás, mi experiencia en el hotel fue buena y quedé satisfecho con la estadía

Tuvimos una muy buena experiencia en este hotel. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, el personal fue amable y la ubicación nos pareció muy conveniente. Pasamos unos días muy agradables en familia y estuvimos cómodos durante toda nuestra estadía. Sin duda volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí. ¡Muy recomendado!.
