Our stay was marred by some significant issues, but the staff's exceptional service made a positive impact. Unfortunately, the beds, bathroom cleanliness, and restaurant ambiance were subpar.

We were impressed by the location's structure, the quality and flavor of the meals, and the staff's warm hospitality. However, the challenging road leading to the location was a notable drawback.

Our experience was marked by excellent staff service, particularly from Gabriel, who was always friendly, courteous, and accommodating. The scenic views and the lakeside area with its deck, hammocks, and sun umbrellas were also a highlight. However, the breakfast options were limited, and the constant background music was a drawback.
