I arrived at the hotel only to find it closed, which was extremely frustrating; the hotel should not allow bookings in this situation.

I liked nothing about this hotel. It sits behind an abandoned building and the area feels unsafe, especially for parking outside. The air conditioner leaked, and they used a trash bin to collect the dripping water, which made a loud noise. The television was broken, and the bathroom had an unpleasant odor.

The toilet was fine, but the door never locks from inside. The area outside the hotel feels dark and scary, especially since it sits at the back of the shopping complex; a spotlight in front would help.

The room was spacious and close to restaurants and the mall, but the pillows and mattress were old and uncomfortable, leaving me with back pain in the morning.
