I was very disappointed: the room was dirty and poorly cleaned. I’m genuinely dissatisfied, but at least the staff were kind.

I liked the reception, the service, and the extra charge, but the bed wasn’t clean enough—I found other guests’ hair. I called reception, they swapped the sheets quickly and handled it professionally. Just talk to the cleaning lady so it stays cleaner next time. Thanks and see you next time. The bed was unclean and the smell was off.

Everything was fine. They don’t have a prayer place or a prayer mat, which is a problem for me because it’s an essential thing.
