It’s very nice to look at inside and out. The location. I wouldn’t stay again. There was a soup kitchen for homeless people / migrants set up opposite the front door, which made it (as a young family) quite intimidating for us to walk through. People urinating in the street, etc. In terms of later on, in the hotel, were on the 5th floor, but it was still like trying to sleep in a warzone. It was 4am before the drunken shouting outside stopped. The trams sounded like they were in the room, multiple emergency vehicle sirens throughout the night. I also had to refit the shower head myself! I can’t believe that the cleaning staff cleaned the shower, with water spraying everywhere from the base of the shower head and thought it was acceptable
