The staff, from the front desk to the breakfast room, were fantastic, helpful and friendly, and the breakfast itself was great; everything felt like a great value, and the location was spot‑on, with no issues at all.

The accommodation is perfectly located for walking to several points of interest, yet the rooms need some maintenance, especially the walls and bathrooms which look a bit worn; there are also few power outlets, which is inconvenient for charging multiple devices. Additionally, the breakfast area is underground and in August it gets extremely hot; the ventilation is clearly inadequate, turning the space into a furnace, so improving the climate control and airflow there would be highly recommended.
