The location is good, but the first night there was no hot water for a shower, which was fixed the next day. The second night was noisy until midnight, and breakfast was very simple, only toast and eggs.

The location and security were fine, but everything else was different: the room was in Grand Peace House 1 instead of 3, the bathroom was wet, and the room was not soundproof—actually it was just near the reception and noisy. Everything was below average except for the security.
I highly recommend it, 100 % satisfied, it feels like home—clean, warm, and safe. I stayed seven nights before and want to come back; it's the best choice in Islamabad. Everything is great and comfortable.
“Misled and made to stay at a different property to the one I booked!”
The facility was clean, but I was sent to a different hotel called Solace Inn in a different location than the one I booked. Even after telling the manager, nothing was done. This was fraudulent and I will never book here again.
