This resort is in good location and the view of the beach is excellent. There’s a restaurant inside and we had dinner there on our 2 nights stay. Staff in the restaurant is so kind and giving their best to serve us. I will stay here again if I go to Palompon again. Just a minor one - one room has still smell of new paint and they gave us diffuser to minimize the smell of paint

The beachfront was nice and the food was decent, but the parking was muddy and both Wi‑Fi and phone reception were very bad; TV channels were only local. The room had many pests—ants and spiders—and only one outlet for charging phones and the like.

The location was great and the view was good. When we arrived, the staff told us that some walk‑in guests had already been checked into the Family Guest House because they lost their internet connection around 3:00 PM, and our booking hadn’t appeared in their system. They explained that those guests would be moved to another family room so we could use the Family Guest House. We understood and waited patiently until the guests were transferred. Inside the Family Guest House, the third bedroom was extremely hot because the air conditioner was set to heater mode. We adjusted the settings before leaving, expecting the room to cool, but after more than two hours we returned and the temperature had not changed. We called the staff, and although they tried to fix it, the problem remained unresolved. We also found a cockroach in the first bedroom, which was disappointing. While we appreciated the staff’s attempts to help, we were let down by the lack of any service recovery for the inconveniences we experienced. We hope this feedback will help the property improve its processes and guest experience in the future.
