“A delightful stay in Beaulieu-sur-Dordogne”
Thierry and Philippe are the ultimate hosts; their place is amazing and we’re thrilled we stayed at Le Clos Rodolphe. The history of the place is incredible, and they’ve refurbished it with clear care and love. Our room was large, had comfortable seating, and felt very private. Breakfast each morning was lovely and the coffee was some of the best I’ve had on this trip. Highly recommended!

Les Clos Rodolphe is a guesthouse inside an 18th‑century mansion in the medieval town of Beaulieu sur Dordogne, making it ideal for visiting nearby small towns by short drive. The entire house is decorated with period objects, creating a luxurious and cozy atmosphere. The room was spacious, the bed very comfortable, and the bathroom and shower were completely renovated. Breakfast was excellent. Thierry and Philippe are exceptional hosts, knowledgeable about local history and points of interest. I recommend this accommodation for those seeking unique experiences, yet with all the comforts of a luxury hotel—everything was perfect.
