“Love it”

Breakfast was genuinely tasty. The queen‑size bed felt more like a full‑size one, which was a let‑down.

“Convenient and clean hotel with great restaurants finding room is like a wild goose chase.”

The spot near the arena was spot on, just a short walk away and the hotel even offered a free shuttle. The room was clean and the bar’s food and service were top‑grade, especially that burger—A+++. The mattress, however, felt a bit firm. Breakfast was cramped; the buffet felt like a single‑lane highway with no passing space, and the hotel’s layout was confusing, making it hard to locate my room.

Quanto às instalações e localização do hotel, achei excelente. Reservei este hotel porque o outro que havia reservado pelo simplesmente havia fechado há mais de ano. Então escolhi este pela mesma plataforma, achando que seria mais fácil o ressarcimento, Foi, me ressarciram, mas me cobraram a diáira deste hotel em dobro, na plataforma e no checkin do hotel. Até o momento não achei contato do hotel para reclamar e a burocracia do é de amargar. Lamentável!

“Wouldn't Book Again”

The location was fine. The room wasn’t clean: a bug was in the jacuzzi, an eyelash was left in the kitchenette, a hair lay on the tub edge and on the toilet, and the vents were moldy or otherwise unhygienic. Photos are available if needed.
