The location was unbeatable, my room was quiet, and the staff was attentive. However, the rooms weren’t updated even though everything worked, the wardrobe door opened by itself, there was dust on the nightstands throughout my stay, I’d change the curtains that were already white and looked dirty, and there was a huge damp stain on the ceiling that, even when dry, stared at me when I went to bed. That said, I’d stay again for the price‑quality ratio.

The hostel was very pretty, comfortable, with an excellent location and staff who treated me like family; they were very flexible and helpful, and Juanje was a rockstar! Highly recommended.

The spot is fantastic, right on Grand via, close to the center and the shopping district. My room was simple but tidy, yet the mattresses on both beds were awful—old, too soft, and I kept sinking into them, rolling toward the edge of the bed. After three nights, my back ached, though the second bed felt a little better.

The location was great, close to attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room cleaning was good. The rooms felt a bit old, the shower drain was clogged, making showering a bit tough.
