“ESTANCIA PÉSIMA E INACEPTABLE: HABITACIÓN SUCIA, BAÑO DEFECTUOSO Y HUMEDAD INSOPORTABLE”

The bus connections were convenient, but I can’t even begin to describe the nightmare. The room was the smallest it appeared in the photos, and the only ventilation came from the front door, letting everyone see us. Upon arrival the room was filthy, with hair in the shower and sink, and when I turned the sink tap the water didn’t go down the pipe but fell straight onto the floor, creating dangerous puddles. The shower drain didn’t work, so the shower tray stayed wet and flooded the bathroom floor. The humidity from the shower and sink made the whole room feel like a sauna, soaking the mattress, sheets, towels, and luggage. I contacted the host for dry towels because the dampness prevented drying, but they offered no solution or even dry towels. The stay became an uncomfortable ordeal that ruined our rest.

The AC failed to cool properly, blowing only fan‑like air even when set to 16 °C, and the room had no ventilation. I told the host about the AC, but my question was ignored and I got no help or fix, making the stay uncomfortable, especially since I raised the issue right after check‑in.

“Don’t book this place”

The location was fine, but the stay was a disaster. I spent nearly $300 expecting a honeymoon but the first night was ruined because the AC didn’t work and the remote had no batteries. The linens were worn, stretched, and looked used for years, which was unacceptable. The TV was broken, and the owner offered no help even though it was early. I called the property over 15 times and got no response. The next day the AC finally worked after a while, but the replacement linens were just as bad, and the sink was clogged. I have photos of the room, linens, and other problems. The experience was extremely frustrating and ruined the start of what should have been a special honeymoon. I definitely do NOT recommend this place, and the owner should at least refund the full cost of that night.

“Small, damp place, not worth the money”

At least the location was good. They gave me a room lower than the category I booked, and it literally felt like a damp cave without a single window. After I complained, they moved me to a slightly better room, but the towels were yellowish, there were shoe prints and other stains on the walls, and I found small cockroaches twice. I kicked myself for booking a four-night stay, missed the chance for free cancelation as there were heaps of nicer rooms even with cheaper price. And of course, housekeeping wasn't provided during that time. Even cleaning was a paid service
