The location near JR Kumamoto Station was convenient, yet the bathroom plumbing was terrible – draining the tub left the whole washbasin area flooded. I told front desk the next morning, but the issue persisted into the evening; I wanted a different room.

The hotel is near the station, but the washlet was very old. Breakfast was tasty, yet the way the side dishes were served made me wait a long time. The automatic rice dispenser was broken, which was annoying. I queued from 6:20, but ended up finishing breakfast late and had to alter my schedule.
