The room looked clean when I first entered and the location was good, but I found a dead cockroach in the bedspread when I pulled it back; the front desk staff seemed to shrug it off, the bathroom sink wouldn’t hold water because the stopper was broken and couldn’t close, the toilet flapper wouldn’t seal on its own so we had to manually close it, and the air freshener used throughout the motel was overpowering.

It was just a place to sleep; breakfast was an ordinary assortment of items that was sufficient, but there was an odor in the room that mildly burned my eyes and throat, the facilities were heavily used and in short, worn out, and many superficial repairs were needed.

The spot’s location is handy, and the Vizio TV worked well. Breakfast was decent, but the bed blanket was that sticky type and the comforter felt scratchy. The window screen was broken, the window was unlocked, and the shower had a backup with a broken head—overall, pretty gross.

The breakfast bar was a plus, yet the sheets were unclean, which was a bit disappointing.
