Good location. Basic furnishings. Unfortunately not entirely clean. Strange hairs in the sink and on the nightstand. Surfaces were dusty. Too bad!

The location is nice and central, and the receptionist was very friendly. The bathroom tiles were a real eye‑catcher! The furniture is cheap (Ikea) and already worn out, the bed squeaks with every turn. There were three worn toilet‑paper rolls (why three?! One is fine for me, but three), the cosmetic towel box was completely empty, the trash cans had no bags, there were no glasses, and the room was very small, so I barely fit my yoga mat next to the bed. The mineral‑cast sink is nice (we have one at home), but it needs upkeep and here it was yellowed in many places, just like the lime deposits in the shower, soap dispenser, etc. I simply didn’t find it comfortable enough for the price.

The location is fine, but a construction site blocks parking in the underground garage—this should have been mentioned from the start. The windows were broken (no tilt function), only fully open (hard at night) or fully closed (also tough because of the heat)—no air‑conditioning. The wardrobe doors were broken, and there were stray hairs from previous guests in the bathroom.

The central spot in a residential area meant short trips to the subway, and there were plenty of restaurants around. Breakfast wasn’t offered on site, which was fine since we hadn’t booked it. The staff were straightforward and friendly, and we could add another room for a companion on short notice without any hassle. About 40 m straight line from the hotel, a restroom in the adjacent park had loud nighttime discussions, and the windows couldn’t be shut because of the heat—hotel staff couldn’t do anything about that.
