“Hotel and food was good but receptionist behaviour was very rude she didn't have any manners.😞”
The food was good 😊, but I still found it a bit disappointing.
The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the girl Minu at the counter who did a great job. However, the air conditioner worked poorly, the WhatsApp service was non‑functional, and the location of the property was inconvenient.
“good but image shows in picture different in real room”
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and everything was just perfect. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with kindness and respect by the staff, and the hotel's ambiance was warm and inviting. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and I felt right at home. Overall, my stay was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
There was nothing positive to mention, and the hotel service left a lot to be desired.
The room size advertised during booking turned out to be much smaller than expected.
