The property is gorgeous with spectacular views and perfect weather, and the food was solid. The staff were friendly, attentive and quick to respond, and the Wi‑Fi stayed reliable. On the downside the room arrived dirty, the shower had no hot water, and the minibar drinks weren’t clearly explained—plus they add a credit‑card fee unless you pay cash or via Bancolombia transfer.
