The hotel staff were very helpful and handled sudden problems without a bad attitude. The hotel is about a five‑minute walk from the bus stop, so carrying large luggage was fine, and the convenience store is just a minute’s walk away. The room was very clean and spacious, and it was impressive to have a big TV. I would definitely stay again when I visit Gwangju.

The facilities are clean and it’s quiet because it’s near a residential area. It was disappointing that breakfast was unavailable due to cafeteria construction.

The huge TV was great for my K‑Pop fans who could watch MNet. The bathroom was neat and well sized, and there’s a GS25 store next to the hotel. The neighbourhood around the hotel is calm. The “LG Tromm Styler” available in the room was a plus. The fridge kept running all night and made noise, the plastic bed sheet made a sound with every movement, the computer didn’t work, and each person only received two shower towels measuring 50 cm × 70 cm.

The spot is great because it's right next to a local market and close to the university, so everything works out perfectly.

The front desk staff were very helpful, but I couldn't figure out how to use the air conditioner, and there was no one at the front desk to ask questions or request help when they were away.
