I'm really disappointed with how this whole thing went down - the hotel basically cancelled my booking, saying they didn't have the suite available. Not cool. And to make matters worse, it feels like there's no accountability here since I got a confirmation from the site, but the hotel can just back out. Needless to say, I won't be using this service again.

The staff here was really friendly, which is about the only positive I can say. The room was a mess - dirty everywhere, with dusty chairs and tables, cigarette burns on the bedsheets, and a bathroom that was basically a health hazard.

Let's be real, this isn't a hotel - it's more like a budget lodge. If you're just looking for a one-night stand, I guess it's okay. But if you're planning to stay longer than a day, you might want to look elsewhere.
