It sits close to Buquebus and is easy to reach from the theatres, shopping centres, and the like. The lobby café, however, didn’t serve us well; over three nights we got the wrong order twice, even though we spoke Spanish—there’s no way to mix up a request in that language.

The location is great, but the dinner menu felt a bit limited; the restaurant is very good, yet I would have liked more dishes so I didn’t have to leave to find food elsewhere.

There was no iron or ironing board in the room; when we asked, they said we’d have to use the laundry for an extra charge. Guests weren’t even allowed into the room for a 10‑minute discussion during the day, and the staff’s attitude was not cordial.
