I loved the room and the location was spot‑on 👌; the staff were professional and helpful, but the bath plug didn’t work 😪.

Everything is great. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn’t help us send our luggage to another hotel because they said the service they used was delayed and they couldn’t offer a solution.
