The spot is great, the hot pool is a treat, and the host was friendly.

Almost everything was fine, but the warm pool really stood out. The view was nearly perfect, and the bathroom was good too. The food was still decent. The only issue was the flies everywhere in Kintamani. The road seemed narrow at first, but it was fine after a while. The villa next door had a karaoke machine that was too loud, and the singer had a terrible voice and bad song choices.

“Einfach aber für den Preis in Ordnung.”

The location was very good, with a nice sunrise view. Unfortunately, the pool was quite small and a bit dirty from lack of use. The rooms were very simple. A nightstand for storage would be nice. The hotel’s welcome was rather plain.

“Its ok for low cost travelers , good actually”

It has a nice hot spring pool and a good view. The place is run down and needs a lot of work—no drinking water, the bathroom needs fixing. It just needs a lot of work done. Otherwise, it’s cozy.

From the start the place was unacceptable; the grass ran from the entrance all the way to the front of the room as if it wasn’t maintained. They said the room could only be used by two people, but only one staff member was present. The service was not friendly at all; when I tried to talk, they were on their phone. They should have put the phone away when guests arrive; that’s rude. The room was dirty, the floor was filthy, the bathroom wasn’t clean and had spider and insect debris. They claimed there was a building for women next door, but I saw no building, just a tree. The staff were also distracted, one was staring at the phone, the other was busy. I’m very disappointed with the place and its service; please pay more attention to these matters!
