Casa Fabbrini made me feel like I had my own apartment in Rome; the room was lovely, the upstairs living room beautiful, the food delicious, and the people running it do so with lots of love and care!

The staff were amazing, very helpful and nice, but the room felt poorly maintained: the wall hadn’t been painted in ages and the bathroom looked the same. We were assigned a room below the breakfast area, so the noisy guests woke us up. Mostly the room maintenance was lacking.

The location was convenient, the hotel cozy, and the staff friendly and caring.

The staff were kind and the pre‑arrival communication was detailed, which gave me peace of mind. I booked after seeing glowing reviews about the breakfast, and it was truly excellent, especially the torta. The breakfast table was spacious, allowing guests to chat with each other. The room, however, lacked a refrigerator; during a 35‑38°C summer stay, that would have been better.

Our room was incredible, so clean and tranquil. The 24 hour kitchen is very useful and the breakfast is amazing. Its a beautiful building in an excellent location
