The location is good, within walking distance to Xigui Pu Market, and there are many shops and restaurants around. The room carpet was dirty and worn, the semi‑open bathroom was inconvenient if staying with a friend, the bathroom door didn't close properly, and the toilet had to be pressed by hand. The best breakfast item was the toast.

The rooms are very large, plenty of space, and very central with good parking. Unfortunately, the hotel feels a bit dated; the tiles are loose, the kitchen cabinets are bolted shut, and there are no glasses or cutlery.

The location was very good and breakfast was fine. The room was not clean and the décor felt unfinished, needing fresh paint. Many features were just for show, such as the kitchen; all cupboards were fake. The room looked nice in photos but was very different in reality. A proper deep clean is needed. The absence of bath towels was very odd, as I have never had to pay extra for them before.

The room is magnificent with a sea view, has plenty of storage, and a fully equipped kitchen. The big plus is the 24‑hour laundry and dryer at reception, and you can wait in the paid reclining seats.
