“Purtroppo le camere non corrispondono alla realtà, molto piccola e sporca, lenzuola e cuscini sporchi, scarafaggi in cam”
The spot was great, but the room was filthy, tiny, with a dirty bed and cockroaches.

Nothing good to say – it was the worst experience I’ve ever had with the booking platform. When I arrived the staff told me they had no record of my reservation even though it was already paid for, and they offered no solution other than to ask me to request a refund through the platform. I had to find another place that same day, and almost every hotel was fully booked. After four hours I finally managed to snag a hostel, which was the only option left. Stay away – it feels like a scam!

There was nothing noteworthy on either side.

They cancel paid confirmed reservation after 1 hour of not showing up without returning to me. They cancel paid confirmed reservation after 1 hour of not showing up without returning to me

I appreciated being upgraded, but the broken taps were a real inconvenience.
