The pool and access to the corniche and private beach were great, the staff were adorable, and the stay was pleasant. The room lacked equipment, the buffet was limited for a 5‑star property, and people who wake up early in the morning put their towels on the sun‑beds! There is no fitness room, which is a pity.

The location is good. The staff are really not trained for a 5‑star hotel and can be kind.

The terrace with the pine trees is fantastic, a lovely spot to have a drink. The team is dedicated, friendly and smiling. The room is spacious, but you can feel that cost‑cutting is happening in maintenance, even though the dedicated staff member does everything she can and seems to be on her own for the whole hotel. The beach access, good towels and sun‑beds with umbrellas are very convenient. Overall, it isn’t a 5‑star hotel, and the price is high for Albania. The dinner menu is repetitive and fish‑free, although the cooked dishes and vegetables were fairly tasty. The desserts and cakes were bad, but there were fruits. The pool tiles were falling off and the pool was dirty when we arrived but clean after three days. So it seems to vary… In short, overall maintenance is lacking.

Good location, clean and spacious rooms. Super sweet and service‑oriented staff. The apartments are a bit worn with several cosmetic flaws. “Overall” they’re blocked by large trees most of the time. The breakfast was disappointing, though it covered the basics. Never a 5‑star hotel but a solid 4‑star.

Breakfast was solid, with a nice mix of sweet and salty. The spot is perfect—pine trees, just a few steps to a clean, golden beach with free loungers and comfy towels. The only downside was some loud music in the area, but that's not the hotel's fault.
