This lovely, affordable guest house sits on the outskirts of Bethulie. The key handover and communication with the owner were flawless. We slept very warm on a cold night. If you arrive early, there’s an excellent braai spot in the back yard beside a magnificent Outeniqua Yellow Wood. Nothing to dislike; all our needs were met and the stay was good value for money. The town’s only decent restaurant is just a few blocks down the street.

The cleanliness of the guesthouse was a standout feature for me; however, I didn't have much else to note about my stay.

My stay was unfortunately marred by noisy neighbors who seemed to disregard the late hours, disrupting both the late nights and early mornings, with disturbances as early as 05:00.

This guesthouse served as a perfect stopover for our family of five, and we were delighted to have our schnauzer, Jack, along for the trip. We particularly enjoyed spending time in the garden.
