The location is good, but the front‑desk staff could improve a lot. At check‑in they barely explained how the hotel works, meal times, the pool, etc., and seemed more focused on their phones than helping us. The room cleaning was also disappointing: we found a previous guest’s sock under the curtains and hair in several areas. Overall, the cleaning should be much more thorough.

The rooms are nice, but the service is terrible; nobody speaks English at the pool, they misled us about a water change that never happened, and the girl tried to translate via a translator.

Overall very good, but the breakfast on the 3rd floor was not good.

The room was beautiful and very spacious, with a large window offering a view. The location was good. I expected more for a four‑star hotel, but the staff spoke little English and moved very slowly.
