“Do not book this hotel”

I arrived with my reservation, but they denied me a room because they claimed foreigners aren’t allowed; I told them that was unacceptable and asked for a refund. The receptionist laughed in front of me. The building itself was in a state of ruin and utterly dirty—avoid this place.

“Worst experience never book this hotel”

Worst Stay Experience – Would Not Recommend I had one of the worst experiences at this property. The condition of the room was extremely poor—broken items, bad smell, and overall zero cleanliness. The washroom had a broken jet, and the bed and pillows were dirty with stains and even signs of fungus. I even found cigarette buds on the floor and ashes inside the drawer, which clearly shows that the room was not cleaned before check-in. Basic amenities were not provided at all—no drinking water bottle, no towel, no napkins, no soap, no shampoo. Nothing. The bathroom itself was dirty, and shockingly, there was even a pigeon nest in the bathroom window, making the whole place unhygienic and uncomfortable. Overall, this stay was extremely disappointing and unacceptable for the price. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Beware: the photos don’t match the room at all, and I didn’t even stay a minute, yet I was charged for four nights. They never refunded me after repeated requests, and I never even tried to use the website.

The reception never gave us a room, saying they don’t accept bookings from Hotel Fab Firdous. It was a very bad experience; our booking wasn’t accepted and my advance payment was wasted because they didn’t refund us. I would highly not recommend anyone to book a hotel like this.
