The service was excellent and the staff paid great attention to detail. The green surroundings were relaxing, far from the busy part of General Luna yet close enough to explore and dine. The villas were very clean, with high ceilings, AC, a fan, and large beds that were very comfortable. The staff were always ready to help. Thank you for your Filipino hospitality; keep up the good work. Until next time!

The room was large and very comfortable, with great air conditioning and a great bed. I loved the outdoor shower and kitchen. The pool was excellent, though I didn’t use it, and the staff were very nice and helpful all the time. There were a few insects in the room, but that’s expected in a green area. Nothing dramatic. The villa was a bit far from the center of General Luna, so you need a motorbike at all times.

The staff were fantastic, especially Ella. Both Ella and Alyssa arranged rides, excursions, restaurants, and even a rental car for us. They were very attentive to our needs. The on‑site restaurant served us several mornings, and the pool was amazing with great privacy. The villas were a good size for two people, and there was an extra queen bed upstairs.

The villas were well equipped and spacious, but the hotel offers existing guests worse or higher prices to extend their stay than what you find online.

The amenities were good, the villas were spacious, and the location was convenient. However, the hotel charges current guests higher rates for extensions than new guests booking online. The staff were dismissive, and the property manager never communicated directly with guests or showed up on the premises.
