The staff are excellent—most helpful and kindest I've met. The location is great on a quiet street in Kolonaki, within walking distance of cafés, etc. For anyone who wants to escape the taxis and tourist spots and experience luxury in Athens, I highly recommend. Breakfast is very good. The room is clean, pleasant, and not as small as many hotels in Europe. The hotel, staff, and overall experience are amazing. I would add a bit more lighting to the room, but it's not critical; there is natural light from the window.
