Charming location and character-laden building, room small but adequate, very nice breakfast, dinner reasonable. Staff were friendly and helpful, handy secure storage available for bikes. The dinner wasn't as good quality as we had hoped, steak pie needed to be cooked longer and slower, and the peas a little less. Breakfast was very nice though. So was the venison burger
