The location in Panjim is great; despite being an old facility, nothing is broken and everything works very well.

Cute little boutique hotel at an excellent location. Staff are friendly and helpful. The interior and exterior are beautiful. Recommend. WiFi is a bit patchy. I ended up not using it

The location was fine. There was no tea/coffee sachets in the room, the phone was not working, they did not have any back up generator so we had to sleep in the heat for quite some time at night…the bed size was pretty small.

Overall bakwaas experience: Paise toh 5-star ke barabar lete hain, lekin facilities guesthouse se bhi ghatia. Raat ko neend nahi aati noise aur uncomfortable bed ki wajah se. Din mein ghoomne ka mann nahi karta kyunki wapas aake room dekh ke mood kharab ho jaata hai. Heritage charm? Haan, purani cheezon ka charm zaroor hai – purani problems, purani service, purani cleanliness!
