The breakfast was simple but tasty, and the shuttles left on time for the airport. However, when we arrived at the airport, the shuttle that was supposed to be waiting for us at the location you directed us to didn't wait for any vehicle, and even though you mentioned that a car comes once an hour, none arrived. After we called to request the shuttle, it only showed up after about 40 minutes!

The shuttle was great and on time; we left before 6 am.

There was no non‑dairy, almond, or soy milk for coffee—only yogurt with sugar. My bathroom towel hook fell out of the wall when I hung a towel on it, the coffee maker was broken, the bathtub had a bloodstain, the hotel phone system was down, and the cell phone number I was told to call for assistance did NOT work.

The breakfast was simple but nice, and the counter staff were friendly and helpful. There was an airport shuttle to the hotel at Federal Circle, but the sign on the shuttle was too small to read, so I missed several shuttles before I finally caught one at about 1 a.m.
