The staff were friendly and helpful, the breakfast offered many options, and the location is convenient for the city center, buses, trams, the airport shuttle, and the train. We were not told that a 50 € per day per person credit card deposit is required at check‑in, on top of the room rate. The pillows are a bit stiff but tolerable.

This hotel sits right in the heart of Nantes, so attractions, cafés, and restaurants are within walking distance, and the airport shuttle, trams, and buses to other parts of the city are also easy to reach. The room was comfortable, modern, and functional. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were friendly. I can’t think of anything else.
