Location was great. The room was fairly clean but the bed was awful - very used mattress

The staff was efficient and courteous. The breakfast was good and the location was very convenient to the activities we planned. The room was high humidity; which normally that is a good thing but the towels did not dry. It would have been nice if the curtains had a sheer so we could have opened the curtains for daylight

The location adjacent to the Bluegate Theater is the big plus for this hotel. Plus, the price is good considering the cost at the Bluegate Hotel. We missed breakfast, so can’t judge that. There was nothing that was a big turnoff. It’s a budget hotel. We got what we paid for
