The place met all my expectations. The host was helpful and attentive throughout my stay. The location is great: just a short walk from the sea, yet in a quiet, secluded area away from the main road and nightlife. The balcony is definitely a highlight—spacious and cozy, with a small table and chairs that make it a pleasant spot to relax. The rooms are functional, with plenty of wardrobes to store luggage comfortably. The mattresses were also comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I’ll definitely come back.

“Tutto perfetto”

The owner, Pierangelo, is very kind, ready to help with any need and always available. The spot is just steps from the central square and the waterfront, yet on a quiet street with easy, free parking. The room was clean, comfortable, and the little balcony was really useful—the essential thing for a B&B.

“Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo”

The location was convenient for us, who stayed for a two‑day break before resuming our trip. The beach is easily reachable on foot, as is the city center. Bars and supermarkets are also nearby. The owner was very friendly and the breakfast at the bar was exquisite 😊. One small suggestion: we would recommend installing a barrier on the shared balcony we had with the other room and adding some lines for drying clothes. A subtle touch that would provide a bit more privacy, relaxation, and convenience.

“Appena Passabile”

The location is very central. A few issues: first, it’s an apartment where individual rooms are rented, so you might suddenly find yourself with a complete stranger—this should be clarified. When I entered one of the rooms there was a strong smell of smoke, which is unacceptable unless it’s clearly marked as a smoking room. Third, in my opinion it’s no more than a two‑star place; the furniture is old and cluttered with useless items that just gather dust.
