Very clean, we were welcomed warmly. The shower and toilet were very clean, and it’s only a 5‑minute taxi ride to the airport. The room was excellent, bright, with an air conditioner—only positive impressions!

I was met and checked in by Asel, who was super friendly and always ready to help. The hostel itself feels cozy, and my room was spotless and spacious. The shower and toilet are shared across the hostel, but the shower is good and a hair dryer is provided. In the bathroom there are cotton swabs and ear picks. Laundry facilities are free: you can wash clothes in the washing machine and dry them in the dryer, and they even give out free detergent powder. There’s a iron and ironing board as well. The kitchen is communal, with free tea packets, and cookies and candies in the lobby are also complimentary. The hostel is located in the Nursay area, just a 5‑minute walk from the airport, and a taxi to the airport costs 500–600 tenge.
