We were upgraded to a better room at no extra cost, giving us a larger living area for our four‑night stay. The manager went out of his way to ensure our comfort. The location was convenient for food outlets and the bus stop, and parking was good. Nothing negative.

When I stepped into the unit, the net curtain on the window was clean but crushed and clearly not ironed, and the armchair was shabby and taped up. On the second day I only received one clean towel instead of two. The units need updating.

The owners were lovely and the place stayed clean, but the heater was only a bit slower than a heat pump and it was really cold when I arrived.
