The building has nine floors with about eight units each, all kept clean, orderly, quiet, and solidly built, featuring good showers, a refrigerator, and a bar sink. The AC works well. The area is peaceful, though there isn’t much around; the BTS train is a five‑minute walk. The price is reasonable, making it easy to stay for days or weeks comfortably. The only downside is the absence of a pool, which I didn’t miss, and the limited dining options within walking distance.

The BITEC concert was a great value and the rooms were top‑choice, while the front desk had staff who could speak Chinese without any trouble.

The hotel is very quiet, and the rooms are comfortable and spacious. I was asked to pay USD 100 for a duvet that had a tiny mark, which disappeared after a simple wash. There are no restaurants or food options nearby, and it’s far from the main city.
