The tranquility was incredible. Said provided excellent service, explaining everything clearly and attentively. The breakfast was very tasty, and the jacuzzi upstairs was a plus after a long day of walking.

Everything was perfect except the in‑room jacuzzi that leaked dirt, so we couldn't use it. There is a communal jacuzzi, though. We really enjoyed staying at this Riad in the heart of the city. The breakfast was delicious, and the staff were warm and pleasant.

The location in the Medina and proximity to all tourist spots is great. I love this Riad; it's my second visit and I'll return. I booked a one‑hour Hammam with massage and it was spectacular. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. Breakfast is tasty. Everything is wonderful, but what makes it truly special is the staff—attentive, kind, helpful, and close. Thanks for making us feel at home.

The Riad Carllian turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip to Marrakech. Its spot is perfect—just a 4‑minute walk from the square, yet the Riad itself feels like a peaceful oasis. It’s beautiful, elegant, and comfortable. Said and Saida’s service is unbeatable; they helped us a lot, always attentive, offering navigation tips with a smile. We’ll definitely return and recommend it. We felt right at home. The courtyard pool is a delight, and the rooftop jacuzzi helped us relax and get a nice massage. They also make breakfast convenient.
