The place is beautiful, the staff are responsive, and the rooms feel very cozy; however, the breakfasts are scant and the coffee tastes bad.

We stayed for one night, and everything was perfect because we arrived on a whim and everything went smoothly with Rumi Bumi’s help—Nicho introduced us to the friendly Budi, and we even went dolphin‑watching with him; the villa has a welcoming team, good food, and is a safe place to stay.

I stayed briefly at Rumi Bumi Lovina and spent most of my time exploring the area. The food at the lodge was tasty, and the lounge area was great for playing games—really enjoyable! The staff were very friendly, and they even arranged a wonderful massage for us.

This homestay has a strong local Balinese vibe and a quiet setting that lets you admire the rice fields from the window. Dining in the restaurant while watching the pastoral scenery was a real pleasure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff are warm and helpful. Rumi, the big white dog, is very dedicated and enthusiastic :) The host helped organize a private car and a dolphin‑watching boat trip, with a driver who was attentive and safe, making the whole excursion hassle‑free. We saw a whole pod of dolphins on the sea trip, which was fantastic! During our stay we also visited the nearby Secret Garden restaurant, which was excellent. The overall atmosphere is relaxed and cozy, ideal for staying in Lovina while enjoying dolphin sightings and the northern Balinese scenery. Highly recommended!

The stay was lovely, with spacious rooms and beautiful views. There’s a nice pool and a dedicated area where you can reserve breakfast and play games at a high table in the evening. The staff are very friendly, and Nicho is thoughtful and helpful. He makes it easy to rent a scooter, and you can coordinate everything with him via WhatsApp—he replies super fast. The only downside is the lack of power outlets; there are only two next to the bed, but the lamps are already plugged in and a tall mirror stands in front of them. You can get hot or cold water at the reception, but there’s no coffee or tea maker in the room. If you want to go to Lovina, a scooter or arranging transport through the hotel is handy because the distance is a bit far.
