“부당한 추가요금 요청”
The BBQ staff was friendly. I booked for 5 people (2 adults, 3 children) at the room rate for 5, but the resort said anyone over 4 must pay an extra fee, so I paid it. I showed the reservation confirmation that listed 5 people, but the resort claimed they received no information about the number of guests and demanded an extra fee for the 5th person. I had no choice but to pay. They said I should complain to the booking agent, not the resort. I’ve used this service for many trips worldwide, but this is the first time I’ve been forced to pay an unfair extra fee.
