From the moment I booked, the people were excellent and very kind, so I would definitely book again with them; the staff were also very polite, the food delicious, and the breakfast superb.

Everything was fine except one thing: the music from the -1 floor played loudly until 1 am and made it impossible to sleep, whether it was a nightclub or something similar; that was definitely not okay.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 7.30 hrs, but it actually began later. The room was small. The main light was broken, a wall lamp hung on a thin wire, and the TV remote didn’t work. Twice I had no hot water in the evening for a shower. Traffic noise was very loud. The staff were unfriendly. Dinner could only be ordered in the restaurant until 19.00 hrs, and the restaurant closed at 21.00 hrs and you were turned away. The bar also closed at 21.00 hrs (you could maybe get a beer to take to the room, but that seemed absurd).
