Breakfast was good, staff were friendly and the beds comfy, but the hotel needs renovation—time shows—and being next to an avenue means a lot of street noise.

The room was comfortable, breakfast was good, parking was easy, but the shower drain had low flow and almost overflowed; we arrived 45 minutes after check‑in and the room wasn’t ready, so we were given a different room, and once settled we were surprised by an employee at the door saying there had been a mistake and we had to change rooms again.

The receptionist who handled our check‑in was very friendly and attentive; the rooms were spacious with all the amenities and everything was immaculate, though the price feels a bit steep for a three‑star hotel; breakfast was small but high quality.
