We had a very good experience, enjoyed the cleanliness and comfort of the room, many restaurants, transport options, and points of interest, the ability to wash clothes, tatami and a classic bed available. A secure concierge service, lockers or staff present in the hotel, and on‑demand video streaming (Netflix/Amazon Prime or other) would be nice, but that’s a minor point.

We found the place fantastic – spacious enough for four people, good value for money, with a very comfortable bed and tatami that worked well with the futon. The room had everything we needed: a kitchen, shower and toilet, and the location was superb, close to the train and with direct service to Haneda Airport. A special thanks to our cleaning lady, who was friendly, helpful, thorough, and respected our privacy. We’d gladly book the same room again under these conditions. The only downside was that we couldn’t hang freshly washed laundry on our balcony to dry during the day.

Proximity to metro. Really spacious and more than enough space for 3 people. Roof terrace great. V quiet street. Maybe black out blinds in bedrooms

The room turned out larger and the facilities better than I expected; being right next to Asakusa‑Baba‑shi Station made it easy to reach Akihabara, Ginza, Asakusa and Shinjuku without transfers, so I’ll definitely use it again next time.
