“Amazing Amount Of Space”

It was our first visit, and I was thrilled with the spacious room and the fully equipped kitchen—really appreciated that! The breakfast was good, but I’d have liked a slightly larger selection.

“The front desk and food staff was always friendly but housekeeping procedure needs to be fixed!!”

We liked the location and the friendliness of the staff, but the breakfast was disappointing because we could only eat the waffles. We were told our room would be cleaned on Thursday and Saturday, yet we left at 9 am and returned at 2:00 pm to find the room still dirty while the crew was in the next room. We spent an hour downstairs assuming our room had been cleaned, only to see no one and the room still unprepared. At the desk around 3 pm they explained that a sign had been placed on our door at 8 am when the supervisor checked which rooms to clean and that they didn’t want to disturb us. We had left at 9 am, so the cleaning crew should have checked rooms with signs; it doesn’t make sense that a sign placed at 8 am would remain during the day. People do leave their rooms past 8 am! After complaining later that afternoon, they finally cleaned the room. This is the second time this has happened, so something needs to change.

“You Spend a Little More But We'll Worth It!”

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this exceptional hotel, where every aspect of my stay exceeded my expectations. The room was immaculately clean, comfortable, and beautifully designed, making it well worth the extra cost. The hotel's breakfast was truly one of the best I've ever had, and the overall experience was nothing short of perfect.
