The beautiful Richikikje suite had a spacious bathroom with a lovely tub and a huge bed with a perfect mattress, but the coffee should have been a Nespresso type instead of instant.

The location was fine, and I had stayed here before in the manor house and loved it, but this time I was put in the coach house and was shocked and disappointed. The heating was on full early in the year and the heavy duvet made the bed too hot to be comfortable. The bathroom door handle was broken and the shower knob was also broken. I washed my hair and tried to use the hairdryer, but it was covered in a sticky substance and unusable.

After sorting out the check‑in process, the stay was lovely and quiet; the breakfast was great and the staff were friendly and helpful, but I had to ask for the heating to be turned down, which was done.
