The pool area was fine, but everything else felt very dated. The rooms need an upgrade, the carpets need replacing or cleaning, the walls have marks, the bathroom needs work, and overall the place needs a revamp. The gym was awful.

The hotel was very well designed, spotless, and offered a true first‑class experience. The breakfast was superb, and dining on the terrace in the warm October air felt luxurious. The only thing missing was a small water cooler in the gym.

The spa facilities were excellent, and the foyer and entrance area were large, fresh, and smelled lovely. The swimming pool was centrally located and easy to reach, and the view from the poolside overlooking the ocean was superb. The room could have been a bit larger, and the view from our room was not scenic at all. Breakfast was too busy for me; I prefer a calmer start to the morning.

The hotel is beautiful and very well located. The evening buffet was very expensive for the limited selection and did not live up to a resort standard.
